Home Developers look for a partner to guide them through the maze of community association structure.
Our dedicated Home Developer Practice has a proven track record of successfully supporting Home Developers in establishing community structure, implementing guidelines, and maintaining common areas throughout the development process and beyond. These efforts support Home Developers in preserving their brand legacy while remaining cost effective in order to maintain competitive home prices.
A comprehensive understanding of Declarant-controlled communities and the transition process allows the Team to transition along with the community, serving as a liaison for the Developer and eventually serving as managing agent once the association is fully Homeowner-controlled.
